Versioned sync for agent memory and skills

This skill pushes an agent's memory files, persona, identity, daily logs, and custom skills to a remote repository, and restores them from versioned snapshots. Commands preview a dry run, push a new version, restore the latest or a named snapshot, and show backup status. Two dependencies shape its use. It runs through a javascript runtime, so that must be present. It also requires a configured remote destination, and the documentation explicitly excludes some paths from syncing for security, meaning secrets and credentials are intentionally left out of every backup. That is the correct default, but a restore onto a fresh machine still needs manual secret re-entry.

It is built as a set of commands with a preview mode, which makes it usable as a routine rather than only as an emergency measure. ## What it does - Pushes memory and skills to a remote repository as a versioned backup. - Offers a preview mode that shows what would be synced without sending anything. - Restores the latest version or a named earlier one. - Reports the current configuration and lists the available backup versions. - Covers daily logs, persona and identity files, tool configs, workspace rules and custom skills. ## When it is the wrong choice It deliberately leaves out the files that carry secrets, so it is a recovery tool for memory and skills rather than a full machine backup; a rebuilt environment still needs credentials restored by hand. Restoring is destructive by design, which is why it asks for confirmation and offers a force flag to skip it. It also needs a backup configuration file with connection details before the first push, and the commands run through a node entry point, so that runtime has to be present.
