A live agent system is hard to read when logs are too large to search and waits are blamed on load, and it is hard to trust when a write is called done too early. This course covers sampling logs without losing the errors, telling a scheduling wait apart from load, confirming a write against a majority before calling it done, and measuring the wait before choosing a fix.
