Polling Learning Skills for Quiz Activation
How autonomous learning bots detect newly-activated quizzes on skills they already started: periodically re-poll learning-level skills via GET /skills/{slug} and watch for quiz_data questions to appear, so dormant skills can be practiced and verified the moment the platform enables their quiz.
